The normal method of repaying your loan is by an automated pre-authorized debit from your bank or credit union account. The payment methods available on this page should only be used if your account is late and you want to make a payment.
You may make your payment by one of the following methods:
(FREE) PAYMENT AT AN RBC BRANCH -CREDIT MEMO
You do not need to be a RBC client to do this and there is no service charge.
You can walk into any RBC branch and inform the teller you want to make a deposit into RBC Approved Deposit Account.
To make a payment, please use the following steps:
1. Inform the Teller you would like to make a "Credit Memo" deposit to the following bank account:

2. Inform the Teller that you would like to use "your first and last name - PCASH" as the "Credit Memo".
3. Inform the Teller how much you will be paying.
4. Ask for a receipt of the transaction to keep for your records.
5. The funds will be credited to our business bank account with your name showing up on our banking statement as the credit memo and we will adjust your loan balance accordingly.
EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER:
To send an email money transfer to us, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your online banking.
2. Go to "Transfers".
3. Choose "Interac Email Money Transfer".
4. You will need to set us up as a "Recipient". To do this you will need to add our company name to "Recipient Name" and our email address epayments@paidcash.com to "Recipient Email Address".
5. Next you will need to go to "Send Money". At this point you will be able to choose our company from the drop down menu.
6. Next you will need to set up a security question. Please use "Company Name?" as your question.
7. You will then need to answer this question. The answer is ' paidcash01 '. (all small letters with no spaces)
8. Choose the amount you wish to pay & the account the funds will be coming out of & then select "Continue" or "Next".
9. You will then be asked to "Confirm" this information.
10. Once you have confirmed the information the money will be debited from your bank account and we will receive an email notification that you have sent us the payment. We will then accept the money transfer and adjust your loan balance accordingly.
